    Foundational Program: Plans are updated every four weeks.

    Foundational Program: Support via email only, with responses within 48 hours.

  • Premium Program: Weekly progress assessments with detailed analysis of metrics like body composition and strength.

    Foundational Program: Self-guided progress tracking with a monthly review from your coach.

  • Refunds are not provided once a payment is made, whether weekly or in full. Exceptions may be considered at the coach’s discretion for extreme situations, such as medical emergencies, with appropriate proof. See our terms for more details.

  • You can pause your program for valid reasons, such as health issues or travel, but we require a 14-day notice in writing. The pause can be arranged for up to one month, and your spot will be held during this time.

  • Progress can vary based on your consistency, adherence to the plan, and individual factors like metabolism.
